A quick and easy one-pan meal featuring crispy gnocchi, caramelized Brussels sprouts, and savory sausage. Perfect for busy weeknights with minimal cleanup and maximum flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz gnocchi
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 12 oz Italian sausage, sweet or spicy, sliced into rounds
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese (optional), shredded or grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the gnocchi to the bowl with the Brussels sprouts.
  4. Slice the sausage into bite-sized rounds and add them to the bowl.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients, then sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well until evenly coated.
  6. Spread the mixture in a single layer on the sheet pan to ensure even roasting.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, then use tongs or a spatula to flip the ingredients for even browning.
  8. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are caramelized, the sausage is cooked through, and the gnocchi is golden and crispy.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired, and serve immediately while hot.
