  • 1 ounce Kahlúa
  • 1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 teaspoon molasses
  • Pinch of ground ginger
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
  • Ice
  • Whipped cream (for garnish)
  • Crumbled gingerbread cookies (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chill martini glasses in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  3. Add 2 ounces of vanilla vodka, 1 ounce of Kahlúa, and 1 ounce of Baileys Irish Cream to the shaker.
  4. Drizzle in 1 teaspoon of molasses.
  5. Add a pinch of ground ginger and cinnamon. If using nutmeg, grate a little into the mix.
  6. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well combined and icy cold.
  7. Strain the mixture into chilled martini glasses.
