  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 stalks green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (e.g., pecans or walnuts)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Pretzel sticks (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and ranch seasoning. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Fold in the crumbled bacon and chopped green onions. Stir until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up the mixture.
  4. In a shallow dish, mix the chopped nuts with the parsley. Set aside.
  5. Using a small cookie scoop or a tablespoon, portion out the cheese mixture and roll into balls with your hands (about 1-inch diameter).
  6. Roll each cheeseball in the nut and parsley mixture, pressing lightly to ensure the coating sticks.
  7. If desired, insert a pretzel stick into the center of each cheeseball for easy serving.
  8. Arrange the cheeseballs on a platter and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
