Tender, juicy pork chops infused with rich, savory flavors, effortlessly cooked to perfection in your crockpot. A comforting dish that comes together with minimal prep and maximum taste.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pork chops, bone-in or boneless, about 1-inch thick
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to the crockpot.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Spread the sliced onions over the pork chops in the crockpot. Pour the prepared sauce on top, ensuring the chops are fully covered.
  5. Cover the crockpot and set it to low heat. Cook for 6-8 hours or until the pork chops are tender and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 145°F.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the pork chops for added flavor and color.
  7. Serve hot with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.

Notes

For a tangy twist, add a splash of apple cider vinegar to the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, stir in extra chicken broth; if too thin, remove the lid for the last 30 minutes to thicken.
