  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your bundt pan with butter and dust lightly with flour.
  2. Peel and dice your apples into small chunks. Set them aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, whisk the sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
