Silky, creamy, and melt-in-your-mouth scrambled eggs that are perfect for lazy mornings or brunch gatherings. This recipe uses simple ingredients and a low-heat technique for the fluffiest eggs ever.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream (or milk)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper (optional)
  • Chives or parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Crack 4 large eggs into a small bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of heavy cream or milk and whisk until fully combined.
  2. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and pepper, if desired.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over low heat. Add 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter and let it melt slowly.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it sit for about 30 seconds until the edges start to set slightly.
  5. Using a silicone spatula, gently stir the eggs in a figure-eight motion. Keep the heat low and continue stirring to create small, creamy curds.
  6. Once the eggs are nearly set but still slightly runny, remove the skillet from the heat. The residual heat will finish cooking them.
  7. Transfer the eggs to a plate and garnish with chopped chives or parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

[‘Cook eggs on low heat for a creamy texture.’, ‘Avoid over-stirring to maintain fluffy curds.’, ‘Customize with cheese, veggies, or herbs for added flavor.’, ‘Scrambled eggs are best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.’]
