  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Set the sauce aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a drizzle of sesame oil and cook the minced garlic and ginger for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground turkey to the skillet. Use a wooden spoon to break it up into small pieces as it cooks. Cook for about 5-6 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
