Sweet, bite-sized treats that are ridiculously easy to make and perfect for parties, potlucks, or satisfying your sweet cravings without turning on the oven.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and powdered sugar. Stir until evenly mixed.
  2. Add the softened butter, creamy peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to mix until the ingredients come together into a sticky dough.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper.
  5. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, portion out the mixture into small balls (about 1-inch in diameter). Place each ball onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Once all the moose farts are shaped, refrigerate them for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

If the mixture feels too sticky to roll, chill it in the fridge for 10–15 minutes before shaping the balls. Customize with mix-ins like nuts, dried fruit, or a drizzle of melted chocolate.
