An effortless and elegant brunch charcuterie board featuring mini croissants, a variety of cheeses, fresh fruits, and savory bites. Perfect for quick assembly and stress-free hosting.

Ingredients

  • Mini croissants (fresh, buttery)
  • Creamy brie cheese
  • Sharp cheddar cheese
  • Tangy goat cheese (or dairy-free alternative)
  • Thinly sliced prosciutto, salami, or soppressata
  • Fresh grapes
  • Fresh figs
  • Seasonal berries (e.g., blackberries, pomegranate seeds)
  • Toasted almonds, walnuts, or pistachios (lightly salted)
  • Honey
  • Fig jam
  • Whole grain mustard
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs
  • Crisp cucumber slices
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Roasted peppers

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry fresh fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Slice cucumbers into thin rounds and halve cherry tomatoes. Slice figs into quarters if using.
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut brie into wedges, cheddar into thin slices, and crumble or slice goat cheese. Arrange cured meats into loose folds or rolls.
  3. Place mini croissants toward the center or one side of your board to anchor the display.
  4. Scatter grapes in small bunches, tuck in fig quarters, and sprinkle nuts evenly around the board.
  5. Fill small ramekins with honey, fig jam, and whole grain mustard and position them near cheeses and croissants.
  6. Tuck rosemary or thyme sprigs in empty spaces for aroma and color.
  7. Fill any gaps with additional small veggies like roasted peppers or cucumber slices to balance colors and textures.
  8. Assemble the board about 30 minutes before serving to let flavors mingle without croissants getting soggy.

Notes

Assemble the board close to serving time to keep croissants fresh and fruits crisp. Use pre-sliced cheeses and meats to save time if needed. For gluten-free, substitute croissants with gluten-free puff pastry bites or rice crackers. Warm croissants slightly before serving for a fresh-baked experience.
