Ingredients

  • Mini bagels (plain or everything)
  • Pizza sauce (store-bought marinara or pizza sauce)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (freshly shredded recommended)
  • Pepperoni slices (turkey or veggie slices optional)
  • Olive oil (for brushing)
  • Dried oregano or Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Optional toppings: chopped bell peppers, sliced olives, mushrooms, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice your mini bagels in half.
  3. Lightly brush the cut sides of each bagel half with olive oil.
  4. Place the bagel halves cut side up on a baking sheet.
  5. Toast the bagels in the oven for about 5 minutes until golden and slightly crispy.
