Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

  5. Place one mini sausage at one end of a pastry strip and roll the pastry around it snugly, sealing the edge by pressing gently. Repeat with remaining sausages and strips.

  7. Brush each wrapped sausage generously with the beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes, checking around 12 minutes for a deep golden color and puffed pastry.
