A quick and easy casserole featuring tender chicken, smoky ham, gooey Swiss cheese, and a creamy savory sauce topped with crispy breadcrumbs. Perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded or sliced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish lightly with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the cooked chicken evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the diced ham over the chicken, then layer the shredded Swiss cheese on top.
  4. Pour the creamy sauce evenly over the layers in the baking dish, using a spatula to spread it out if needed.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the Panko breadcrumbs with melted butter until well-coated. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the casserole.
  6. Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the sauce is bubbling around the edges.
  7. Let the casserole sit for 5 minutes before serving.
