  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup (120g) Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 12 teaspoons rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, and Greek yogurt.
  2. Add vanilla extract and honey or maple syrup. Stir well to combine.
  3. If using chia seeds, add them and mix thoroughly.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly into two mason jars or containers.
  5. Top each jar with rainbow sprinkles.
  6. Seal the jars tightly and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  7. In the morning, stir the oats before serving. Add extra sprinkles or a drizzle of honey for presentation if desired.
